HOW TO SET UP EMAIL

Once you are logged in, click on the link for e-mail.

To set up a new email address, click "New E-mail"

Enter the values in the text boxes, then click "Submit" at the bottom of the page.

Once your email is set up on the server, you can set up your email program to accept the incoming messages.
Here, Microsoft Outlook is used. Most email programs will have similar settings.
In Microsoft Outlook's menu, click Tools-> E-mail accounts.
This will bring up a Wizard. Select "Add a new e-mail account" and click "Next".

Now, you will select the type of e-mail account to create.
Select "POP3" and click "Next"

Now, you will enter the authentication information for your email.
Under "User Information", enter your name as you would like it to be displayed to people to whom you send emails (i.e. "John Smith"), and enter your email address that you created on the server (i.e. john.smith@yourdomain.com).
Under "Logon Information" your user name will be your full email address (i.e. john.smith@yourdomain.com) and your password will be the password you created on the server for your email address.
Under "Server Information" your Incoming mail server will be "mail.yourdomain.com".
If your ISP does not require you to use their SMTP server for outgoing mail, your Outgoing mail server will be "mail.yourdomain.com". If your ISP does require you to use their SMTP server for outgoing mail, you will have to enter your ISP's SMTP server.
You may have to click the button labeled "More Settings" and enter a user name and password for this SMTP server. Your ISP can provide you with this information if you don't have it.
Once you have entered this information, click "Next"

You should now be presented with a final screen.
Click "Finish" and your email should be set up
